A little about me.

Over the past 10 years I have helped clients gain a greater sense of internal knowing and calm, reduce feelings of overwhelm, identify and hold space for their emotions, explore beliefs they hold about themselves, their relationships and the world around them, and understand the ways in which the systems that they are a part of have shaped their sense of identity. I use Internal Family Systems therapy personally and with my clients to facilitate growth and connection and offer my clients guidance within a safe space for exploration and a collaborative approach which reaffirms them as the authority in their own lives. I also assist with with Level 1 trainings through the IFS Institute as a Program Assistant.

As a therapist I have a relational style and bring my humanness, curiosity, non-judgment, compassion, experience and extensive training to each session and look forward to joining you on your journey. My hope for my clients is that they may know themselves in a way that fosters a sense of empowerment, compassion, grace and gratitude.

My heart feels full when Iā€™m connected to nature, advocating for a cause I care about, lost in a good book, listening to music or taking quiet time with myself. As a resident of San Francisco, I feel a soul connection to the ocean and redwoods and have immense gratitude for this place. I am licensed to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California (#7840) and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin (#7244-125).
